Ulike warrants, subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this Limited Warranty, that the Ulike device, when purchased by the original purchaser, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of retail purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty is subject to certain exclusions and limitations as set forth herein.
This limited warranty applies only to the customer who originally purchased the Ulike device directly from Ulike or an authorized Ulike seller in Germany. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites, are not covered by this warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Accidents, improper use, misuse, exposure to dirt or water, tampering, inappropriate use or neglect of reasonable and necessary maintenance.
- Service work performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies.
- Only Ulike IPL devices are covered by the warranty. No accompanying gifts or items given with the product or won through Ulike giveaways are covered.
During the two-year warranty period, if a defect occurs in the Ulike device and Ulike receives a legitimate claim, Ulike will remedy the defect:
- The defective Ulike device will be repaired free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the defective Ulike device with a new or refurbished Ulike device.
- To the extent permitted by law, these are your exclusive remedies in the event of a defect.
To obtain warranty service, you must send an email to Ulike Customer Service Department at support@ulikeglobal.com during the applicable warranty period. Here's what you need to do:
- Please attach photos and a description of the defect.
- The details of the proof of purchase must be provided.
- If your application is accepted, Ulike will send you a confirmation email.
- We will send you a shipping label to your home address so you can return the device. Please include all items that were in the original packaging.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO A DURATION OF 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. ULIKE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, ULIKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ULIKE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. IN NO EVENT WILL ULIKE'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
