We have conducted many clinical studies on the safety and effectiveness of IPL, and that is why IPL has become a widely used hair removal method in clinics and homes.If you follow the instructions, our handheld device will not harm you. Ulike guarantees that all UV lights have been filtered out of the IPL's light spectrum, including all wavelengths below 1200 nanometers. This industry standard applies to most IPL systems and is designed to prevent damage to the skin from the light rays, meaning you will never experience chronic complications such as skin diseases and aging.

Our device filters out all UV wavelengths and blocks wavelengths below 1200 nm from the IPL spectrum. This is the standard for most IPL systems. This is to prevent the light from damaging the outer layers of the skin. Therefore, our IPL device is non-carcinogenic and you can use it without any concerns.

We do not recommend using IPL over scars or tattoos due to the heat and pain generated in these areas. However, it is acceptable to use IPL to treat areas around tattoos.

Although there is no evidence that IPL has a negative impact on pregnancy and breastfeeding, we do not recommend using IPL during this time to avoid any potential risks.

Products

Step 1.
Clean the treatment area and shave the hair to be treated with a wet razor. Make sure your skin is completely dry before using the device.

Step 2.
Connect the power cable to the adapter and plug the plug into a power outlet.

Step 3.
Briefly press the power button on the side of the device to turn it on.

The product has five intensity levels. Press on/off to adjust the intensity, the higher the level, the greater the energy, the faster the effect. It is recommended to start with level 1 first and gradually increase the intensity until the desired effect is achieved.

Step 4.
Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes.

Step 5.
Place the light opening on the skin to be treated and hold the device vertically.

The hair removal sensor light will light up to indicate that it is fully resting on the skin. Press the flash button to start the hair removal process. If the white light is not on, it means that the lamp head is not fully resting on the skin and the device is not emitting light.

Step 6.
After hair removal is complete, press and hold the power button for 1 to 2 seconds to turn off the device (never unplug the device without turning it off to avoid damage).

Yes, we recommend that you shave the treatment area before using the handset. Shaving the hair to the correct length will help the IPL device to better focus on the hair follicles.

We recommend using the device three times a week for the first month for best results, then use it every two weeks or once a month for a refresher if needed.

We also recommend adapting the application to your hair growth. If you notice thicker hair or stubborn areas, you can increase the dosage and frequency of application. However, it is important to observe your skin's reaction and adjust accordingly to avoid discomfort or unwanted effects.

You can use your handset on any part of your body, including the bikini line and face. But please do not use it around the eyes (only below the cheekbones).

Our IPL is not suitable for the "inner areas of the bikini line", so you should never use it on the inner labia, vagina, scrotum or anus.

To avoid any discomfort, we advise you to treat the bikini area, inner thighs and buttocks at the lowest intensity level, as the skin in these areas may be more sensitive.

In general, we recommend an age of 15 and over for IPL hair removal, as this is the age at which body hair matures. Some follicles mature at a younger age, so whether or not an IPL treatment is appropriate depends on the individual. We recommend that anyone under 18 years of age obtain parental consent or consult a specialist (beautician or dermatologist) before using our products.

1. You can log in to our website with your email address and track the status of your order under "My Orders" if you placed the order through your registered account.

3. We will send you a tracking number to your email address once the package is shipped. You can use this number to track your package.

You can only change your order within 2 hours of placing the order and if the order has not yet been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be accommodated. Shipping and delivery

We are as excited as you are for you to receive your new product. Shipping times may vary and we work very closely with our shipping carriers to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed in our warehouse before we ship it.

Orders shipped via ground typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while orders shipped via express shipping arrive within 1-2 business days.

*Please note that shipping carrier processing may impact these time frames.

Standard shipping

Orders shipped with standard shipping typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3 to 5 business days. The estimated delivery date will be shown to you at checkout.

Note: For international shipping (addresses outside Germany), usually the shipping will take 8-20 days to delivery.

Express shipping

Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of EUR 7.99. All express shipping orders confirmed before 8am CET will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 8am CET will be processed and dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 8am CET on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery dates will be shown to you at checkout.

Important: Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Ulike ships internationally. However, only the areas listed below can enjoy free standard shipping.

Areas with free standard shipping: North America, Asia, Europe and Australia.

For countries not listed above, customers are responsible for shipping fees and customs duties. Please contact support@ulikeglobal.com to check the total cost.

Some countries may have local taxes and import duties that are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they comply with the import regulations of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs authorities before ordering.

You can only change the shipping address before your order is shipped. You can contact us at support@ulikeglobal.com to provide the correct shipping address. Our staff will help you correct the address.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or delivery options. The cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.

Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it is beneficial to check with your neighbors and/or the post office in the meantime!


If you do not receive your order within a few days, please email our customer service team within 14 days of the last tracking update with your order number and tracking information so we can check it for you.

Returns

Ulike offers a 90-day no-questions-asked return policy. However, Ulike charges a 5% restocking fee for unopened products and a 10% restocking fee for OPENED products. The returned product must meet the terms for resale in its original packaging. support@ulikeglobal.com is the correct contact for returns. Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at support@ulikeglobal.com and we will be happy to send you a new product! If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume that the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notification, we will not be able to process the return.

Once our team has received and inspected your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your order detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed will depend on your original method of payment.

1. Contact Us: Contact us and include your name, order number, the item you want to exchange or return, photos of the item you want to return, and the reasons for your return. We will then send you a printable shipping label with instructions. It will include our return address and basic information about your returned order.


2. Print the return label: Properly pack your return in the original box and stick the return label we provide on the outside of the box.


3. Take the parcel to a post office near you:: Send the item(s) back to us via the local post office. If you need the returned parcels urgently, please contact us and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels. Please note: Due to the high retail value of our products, please drop your parcel off at the nearest post office, DO NOT drop it into the mailbox. Ulike will not take responsibility for lost mailbox shipments.


4. We will notify you when we receive the item: We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.


5. You receive your refund: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have verified that your package meets the return conditions. Please be patient for 10-15 business days for the refund to arrive in your bank account (refund processing time may vary from bank to bank).

We offer you a price adjustment under the following conditions:

- A price adjustment can only be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.
- If we are able to make an adjustment, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Clearance and final sale items are excluded from price adjustment.

This warranty does not cover damage, defects or failures caused by misuse or abuse, improper care, impact or introduction of foreign objects, vandalism, improper storage, improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair, use of harmful chemicals, fire or water, abrasive cleaners, negligence, failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, loss of the device, normal wear and tear, alteration, excessive use in both professional and commercial settings.
