We offer three shipping services - Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and International Shipping
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. An order can only be delivered to one address. If a customer wants to send an order to multiple addresses, he must place a separate order for each address.
*PO boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
- Standard shipping: Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. You can see delivery times when paying.
- Express shipping: Orders placed before 8am CEST will be shipped the same day; after 8am the next working day. After 8am on Friday, shipping will take place on Monday (excluding public holidays). Delivery dates upon payment.
- International Shipping: Deliveries usually take 7-15 days.

After the confirmation email, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. During this time, your order will be prepared for shipping.
The second email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped.
Ulike is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by natural events or uncontrollable circumstances or for delays caused by the courier service, including customs.
Risk and Loss: All items purchased from us are subject to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Claims processing: Losses or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photos of damaged items are required. Ulike reserves the right to limit or refuse new deliveries and/or refunds under any circumstances. Returns and refunds are excluded for goodwill deliveries.
Duties and Taxes
Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not included in the amounts stated above. All such taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient of the shipment. Since our products are sold worldwide, we cannot guarantee compliance with the import regulations of every country. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Note: Shipments from our German logistics center to EU member states are duty-free.
