We offer three shipping services - Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and International Shipping
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. An order can only be delivered to one address. If a customer wants to send an order to multiple addresses, he must place a separate order for each address.
*PO boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
- Standard shipping: Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. You can see delivery times when paying.
- Express shipping: Orders placed before 8am CEST will be shipped the same day; after 8am the next working day. After 8am on Friday, shipping will take place on Monday (excluding public holidays). Delivery dates upon payment.
- International Shipping: Deliveries usually take 7-15 days.

After initial confirmation email, allow 1-2 business days for processing. During this time, your order is being prepared for shipping.
The second email with your tracking number is sent when your order is shipped.
Ulike is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Ulike is not accountable for delays associated with the courier, including customs clearance.
Risk and Loss: All items purchased from us are subject to a shipment contract. This implies that the risk of loss and title for such items transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
Claims Processing: Ulike monitors and logs all reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Lost, missing, or wrong/damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For wrong/damaged items, accompanying pictures must be submitted. Ulike retains the right to restrict and/or reject the reshipment and/or refunding of an order/item in all circumstances. In cases where a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is not eligible for return and/or refund.

Note: Shipments from our German logistics centre to EU memberstates are exempt from import duties.
