At Ulike, your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we proudly offer a 100-day money-back guarantee for any Ulike IPL device purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product or results within 100 days of purchase on our official website, you can get a refund.

To ensure fair use of the right of return, we recommend that users follow the application recommendations in the user manual for at least one month before requesting a return. After about one month, users should notice a noticeable reduction in hair growth. We also recommend extending the personal test period to the full 100 days, as everyone is different and it may take longer for the results of the IPL treatment to become visible. The right of return expires if the device has been used for less than one month or if the recommended period of use in the user manual has not been followed.

Also, please note that IPL is not suitable for everyone depending on hair color and skin tone. Therefore, we recommend everyone to read the suitability chart on our official website before purchasing. If you have any concerns or questions about IPL, our products or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at support@ulikeglobal.com .

Conditions for return

To request a return and refund, please provide the required return information.

Returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may incur additional shipping charges.

The device to be returned must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. undamaged and in its original packaging. Otherwise, additional costs may be incurred or the return of the product may be refused.

The return claim must be made within 100 days of the date of purchase.

To initiate the return process, please fill out the form or email the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A valid reason for your return or exchange.
  • The number of products you wish to return.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired colour and model.
  • Photos of the product that are detailed enough to allow us to assess the condition of the product.
  • If you have kept the original packaging, these photos must also be included so that we can assess the condition.
  • If you have not kept the original packaging, please indicate this clearly in the email or in the "Description" section of the form so that we can further investigate your case.

About the return process
We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on de.ulike.com. If you purchased your items from Amazon, Shopee or an authorized retailer, please contact the respective retailer to arrange a return or exchange.

Contact

Contact us via email. Once approved, we will send you a printable shipping label with our return address and basic information about your returned order.

Attach return label

Pack the returned items properly in the original box and stick the return label provided on the outside of the box.

Return package

Due to the high value of our products, we strongly recommend that you hand over the package to a postal worker in person. Please note that we are not liable for lost packages and no refund is possible without a tracking number.

We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.

Refund process

The refund will be processed to your original payment method after we confirm the return policy. Please allow 10-15 business days for processing and transfer to your bank account (time may vary by bank).

Defective products

Ulike products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure quality. If a product is damaged, please take a photo immediately and send it to our customer service. We will arrange a replacement immediately and ask that you return the damaged product for problem solving and prevention.

Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service representative at de.support@ulikeglobal.com .

  • Free cancellation applies to products that have not yet been shipped.
  • For products that have already been shipped and received and are in their original packaging, our customer service representative will provide you with the return address. Please note that a fee of 5% of the total value of the original order(s) will be charged.
  • Cancellations submitted after delivery to the customer will be treated as a return and the return policy will apply in that case.
About the price adjustment

A price adjustment may occur when a customer purchases a product and then the price of the same product is reduced. We will only offer you a price adjustment under the following conditions:

  • The price adjustment will only apply to lower prices that apply within 7 days from the date of delivery of the original order.
  • Clearance and final sale products are excluded from price adjustments.
  • If we are able to make the adjustment, the price difference will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
About the refund

After we receive the returned goods in good condition, the price of the order will be refunded to your original payment within 10-15 working days.

Delayed or missing refunds: First, check your bank account. If you don't see the refund there, contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to post. After that, please contact your bank. If you still don't receive the refund, please contact us.
